Receive notifications and automatically create tickets
When a non-anonymous pulse or survey goes out and someone gives a low rating, Rhonda automatically creates a ticket and notifies the assigned manager. This ensures that employees feelings and concerns are actually addressed.
Track ticket status
Set due dates for tickets and confirm whether they are still open or have been resolved and closed.
Send reminders to assignees to follow-up on open tickets or reassign to another person if necessary.
